Role Summary:
- Royal Bengal AI is hiring a remote, full-time Head of Marketing to lead integral growth and market adoption for its AI SaaS products.
- This leadership role involves taking complete ownership of the marketing ecosystem,



from high-level brand strategy to tactical demand generation, and scaling a remote marketing team from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities:
- Define the global marketing vision.
- Manage the budget for maximum ROI.
- Architect comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new AI SaaS product launches.
- Design and optimize scalable inbound and outbound funnels.
- Oversee SEO, performance marketing, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
- Refine the company's brand voice.
- Translate complex AI technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote team of creators, growth hackers, and designers.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing leadership or strategic role.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, tech, or AI product marketing is highly preferred.
- Startup or founding-stage experience is a major plus, specifically being comfortable building frameworks from sc
