Here's where your expertise comes into play:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to help keep our growing fleet of robots operational and ensure their success in the field. You will play a crucial role in monitoring our systems and reporting key insights to enable swift issue resolution and support new deployments.

Your responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, conduct first-round troubleshooting, and communicate findings clearly and professionally using defined scripts and guidelines
- Produce accurate and error-free internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures
- Monitor the Scanner and Robotic fleet by running a set of queries and following defined processes.
