What you'll do
- Manage and grow partner relationships by proactively communicating campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal departments like Measurement, Insights, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support client goals.
- Advise advertisers on media strategy, including bidding models, targeting, measurement, and creative execution.
- Monitor campaign health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure agreed-upon metrics are achieved.
- Present solutions to clients, handle objections,



and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Explain Pinterest ad products and features to partners, ensuring they remain updated on the latest roadmap developments.
- Collaborate with clients to refine ad creatives using AI-driven insights to maximize audience resonance.
- Advocate for the adoption of new AI tools and digital marketing trends to improve client outcomes.

Requirements
- Professional experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value accounts, and leading client communications.
- Proven ability to use data-backed storytelling to influence recommendations.
- Expertise in managing forecasts and hitting performance goals.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person settings.
- Technical background in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, math, business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent
