About the role Dialpad is seeking a legal professional to manage commercial agreements and support our contract lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will work under the Deputy General Counsel to balance business objectives with risk management while helping to build AI-driven legal workflows.

What you'll do
- - Manage the end-to-end review process for customer, partner, and vendor contracts, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and statements of work.
- - Draft and negotiate contract terms while providing clear, business-focused advice to internal stakeholders.
- - Coordinate with Finance, Privacy, and Security teams to address specific requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- - Support the Customer Success team with contract-related escalations and relationship management.
- - Assist with legal reviews for RFPs and other customer-driven requests.
- - Develop and document internal playbooks and training programs to streamline legal processes.




- - Utilize AI-powered tools for clause extraction, research, and contract review to improve speed and consistency.

Requirements
- - 2-5 years of experience as a commercial attorney.
- - Professional experience within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and procurement departments.
- - Fluency in written and spoken English.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- - Experience in implementing or refining AI-assisted legal technologies.
