About the role
You will define the commercial strategy and catalog structure for the PedidosYa supermarket vertical. This role focuses on building a competitive product selection while managing high-impact promotional campaigns to drive volume and efficiency.

What you'll do
- Drive assortment growth to ensure the most complete and attractive product choice in the market.
- Maintain catalog health by auditing product onboarding, availability, and data accuracy alongside account teams.
- Execute automated scraping and monitoring processes to track competitor pricing, stock, and promotions in real time.
- Optimize catalog availability across different geographic clusters to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Lead the end-to-end creation of exclusive promotional campaigns to increase market penetration.
- Negotiate co-financing with consumer goods brands (CPGs) to maximize return on investment for promotional spend.




- Track key performance indicators and build dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence for cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Category Management, Growth, or Performance roles, ideally within CPG, modern retail, or e-commerce marketplaces.
- Expert proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL.
- Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects between Marketing, Finance, and Commercial departments.
- Proven capacity to translate complex data into tactical commercial strategies.

- MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Analytics or Digital Business.
