Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing paid media campaigns while collaborating closely with product and operations teams to refine conversion funnels and drive overall business growth.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads aimed at attracting potential buyers and renters to our platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and improve user experience.




- Analyze campaign performance metrics and create data visualization tools to facilitate quick and informed decision‑making processes.
- Keep track of key financial metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), and payback periods to ensure the scalability of marketing channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on various marketing initiatives to identify the most effective strategies for user engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders to support strategic planning.
