You will manage the entire sales process, ensuring alignment with company targets and maintaining high quality standards for all new accounts. Your efforts will focus on driving growth for partners and the platform.

What you'll do
- Find, contact, and bring new partners onto the platform, managing the sales cycle to meet company goals.
- Track and record all activity related to open opportunities within Salesforce.
- Travel to designated high-potential areas to find business opportunities and actively seek new leads through social media, apps, food platforms, and Google.
- Ensure that all new accounts added to the app meet quality standards.
- Analyze market data, business types, and sales results to close commercial agreements, regularly mapping competitor activity and prioritizing new account acquisition.




- Position PedidosYa as a growth engine for partners, building valuable commercial relationships from the start.
- Review sales performance, suggest improvements to achieve targets, and communicate these opportunities to partners to boost their results.

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology or service industries.
- A strong commercial mindset, proactive approach, adaptability, resilience, and a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to connect with others, convey information clearly, and build trust.
- Capability to work independently, strong organizational and planning abilities, and a collaborative team orientation.
- Proficiency with digital tools, such as Google Workspace or similar platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the city or region as required.
