What you'll do
- Oversee the management of incoming customer security assessments, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Act as the main security point of contact throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries from potential clients and aiding in the advancement of deals.




- Develop and maintain a library of standardized responses to enhance the efficiency of security-related communications.
- Innovate and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline and scale the security review process effectively.
- Respond to questions concerning AI trust, focusing on aspects such as data retention, subprocessors, data residency, and adherence to compliance standards like ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF.
- Identify common security concerns raised by clients and collaborate with Legal, Product, and Information Security teams to bridge any identified gaps.
