TCS is seeking a Senior Java Developer with advanced English skills to join its growing team in Argentina, providing technical support to Integral Clients, including Fortune 500 organizations in USA & Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+.
- Build and enhance microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems following microservices best practices.
- Develop event-driven solutions and integrations using Apache Kafka.
- Work with MongoDB for efficient data modeling, storage, and retrieval.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on OpenShift and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize,
and improve system performance and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with MongoDB, including NoSQL database design and data modeling.
- Familiarity with OpenShift and/or AWS environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to system design and high-availability architectures.
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
