ElevenLabs is hiring a Enterprise Customer Success / Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers in the Spanish LATAM region. You will advise on agent design, deployment, and integration across our platform, driving multi-product adoption and renewals.
You will guide customers through best practices, analyze performance data, and identify expansion opportunities. This role supports a remote or distributed team and reports to the Customer Success organization.
