About the role

As a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese), you will make an impact by improving the performance of digital advertising campaigns through strategic recommendations, data analysis, and account optimization. You will be a valued member of the Digital Marketing Operations team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support advertising initiatives across general markets.

In this role, you will:
- Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for campaign optimization initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex and high-value accounts while meeting established productivity and quality targets.
- Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content while considering market requirements and cultural nuances.
- Support optimization efforts across Search, Display, Video,



Shopping, and App advertising products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous campaign improvement and deliver measurable results.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, advertising operations, or agency environments.
