We are particularly interested in professionals who:
- Are fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English.
- Have experience managing large industrial, EPC, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure construction sites.
- Understand local South American construction environments, contractors, and regulations.
- Are comfortable working in multicultural and international project teams.
- Are willing to support projects across Argentina and other countries in the region when required.
- The HSE Manager implements and monitors the MAIRE group HSE Policy and Management System at the site. He ensures compliance with HSE standards,



conducts inspections and audits, organizes training, investigates accidents, and maintains records. He prepares HSE reports and updates site statistics, proposing recovery plans as needed.

Activities and main responsibilities
- Support and monitor the implementation of the MAIRE group HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site.
- Perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, preparing any revisions.
- Update the HSE documentation during all the construction phases when deemed necessary.
- Check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed.
