The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can build recognizable visual systems for advertising - not simply design individual ads.
- You will define how client brands appear across paid social, campaign launches, product storytelling, landing pages, creator content, and other digital activations.
- This includes developing typography systems, layout principles, visual territories, templates, components, and art‑direction guidelines that allow the wider team to produce consistently strong work.
- The idóneo person combines strong brand‑design craft, systems thinking, advertising judgment,



and the ability to improve the work of other designers.

What You’ll Do
- Translate existing brand identities into practical visual systems for advertising
- Develop visual directions for clients whose creative feels inconsistent or insufficiently distinctive
- Define typography, grids, hierarchy, composition, color usage, product treatment, and image direction
- Build organized Figma libraries, templates, components, and campaign toolkits
- Create systems that scale across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Snap, landing pages, and other digital channels
- Produce polished reference executions that establish the expected creative standard
- Review work from other designers and provide clear, constructive art direction
- Partner with strategists and media buyers to connect brand expression with messaging and performance insights
