Pensionable Salary Enhancement - Nurses in eligible classifications may be eligible to earn an additional $5.95/hour when working full-time hours within a prescribed six-month reporting period. (Effective April 1, 2025 – March 31st 2027.)

Under the general supervision of and in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for providing clinical expertise to nurses. The Clinical Resource Nurse assumes a leadership role in coordinating patient/resident care within the health care team to ensure quality patient/resident care outcomes and promote an interdisciplinary patient/resident centered approach to care based on best practice.
