We’re currently looking for an AI Operations & Internal Tooling Manager to lead the adoption of AI across the organization. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered internal tools, helping teams automate workflows, improve productivity, and scale business operations through Generative AI and intelligent automation.

- Defining and owning the internal AI tooling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered internal tools, assistants, and workflow automations.
- Integrating LLMs and AI platforms into existing business applications and internal systems.
- Developing automations using APIs, Python, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Creating and maintaining reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, and automation playbooks.
- Monitoring AI solutions to optimize performance, adoption, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Establishing governance, security, and usage best practices for AI tools across the organization.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and responsible AI adoption.
