Miratech is seeking a Junior L1 Genesys Support Engineer to join our integral Genesys Cloud projects. You will perform callflow updates, troubleshoot client issues, and escalate to L2 as needed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This full-time, remote role requires a quick learner with Spanish fluency and strong English communication, willing to work in PST hours and across cross-functional teams from Argentina to the US.
