About the Role

This is not a media buying role. We have a dedicated team for that. You’ll own a portfolio of fitness business owners as their primary strategic partner. A separate team of media buyers, creative strategists, and designers handles all campaign execution. Your job is the client relationship, not the ad account: turning their data into direction and making every client feel like they have a real growth partner in their corner.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own your book of clients, with retention as a direct reflection of how you manage it.



You’ll run structured strategy calls back-to-back without losing context between them, and turn Meta and Google performance data into clear direction clients trust without needing to run the campaigns yourself. You’ll build 6–12 month growth strategies rather than weekly check-ins, spot retention risk before it becomes a cancellation, and collaborate daily with media buyers, creatives, and designers without being one of them.

Who This Role Is NOT For

This isn’t for someone whose experience is running ad accounts or campaigns without owning the client relationship. That’s our media buying team’s job, not this one. It’s also not for candidates coming from ticket-based customer support with no strategic marketing input, anyone who waits for clients to raise concerns before acting, or anyone who needs step-by-step instructions for every situation. If “checking in” is your idea of account management, this isn’t the role.
