We’re looking for an organized, proactive Account & Project Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment projects, and ensure successful talent placements for our internal team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas, managing project progress for recruiting cases, automating workflows, scheduling client interviews, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
Account and Project Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and communicate them clearly to the recruitment team.
- Track recruitment progress, interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and host client-candidate interviews.
- Coordinate communication between clients,



candidates, and recruiters for clear pipeline organization and status updates.
- Check in regularly with clients and placed talent to ensure strong performance and satisfaction.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Support account growth by identifying additional hiring opportunities.

Operations Support
- Prepare candidate profiles and presentation materials for client review.
- Create and automate workflows using project management tools such as Monday.com to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage contractor documentation, agreements, and onboarding materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on recruiting activity, projects, and business operations.
- Act as the operational hub for the team by maintaining visibility across recruiting, client, and internal operation
