As we expand, we’re looking for a Country Manager in Argentina who can support and guide our most engaged clients on their journey within the Demopips ecosystem.

About The Role
As Country Manager in Argentina, you’ll be the face and force behind Demopips’s presence in local market. You’ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners,



and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy
- Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network
- Act as Demopips’s ambassador in the local fintech and affiliate space
- Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to the local users
- Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties
- Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the integral executive team

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager
