You will act as a trusted technical advisor and primary contact for technical questions, coordinating issue resolution and ensuring value realization across PVcase products.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey, drive adoption with strong analytics, and present Executive Business Reviews with insights
