How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Finance DTC will join the team to support the DTC Finance team in the planning and performance analysis of the Direct-to-Consumer business across Latam, with a focus on subscriber, revenue, and direct cost planning.



The Analyst, Finance DTC will contribute to core Finance processes—budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning—while partnering with cross-functional teams to support the evaluation of pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and other tactical opportunities. This role requires the ability to connect key business drivers (subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, content and distribution costs) with structured financial analysis and modeling. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and analytically strong, capable of working with large datasets and building reliable, well-structured models to support decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and regional teams to help ensure that financial assumptions are accurately reflected and aligned across planning processes.
