- Monitor the Logistics performance of each country, plant, upscale all relevant issues,
- Coordinate all recovery action plans,

- Create, update all Supply Chain and Packaging methodologies and standards
- Develop Logistics skills matrix, implement regular assessments, organize trainings and

Team Management :
- Meet the code of conduct of the Company and promote it within his team
- Anticipate resources needs, challenge them and manage the recruitment of his team
- members
- Manage the skills of his team, define training plans and ensure their achievements.
- Ensure adherence to budget (hours/ travel costs/ investments/ workload)
- Provide accurate reporting to all stakeholders concerned
