Operations Manager

As BYD's Operations Manager, you'll spearhead key aspects of our automotive business in Argentina. Your role involves optimizing vehicle inventory, managing logistics and enhancing internal operation efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, oversee vehicles demand and supply management, and lead a local operations team. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing demand and supply, supervising vehicles stocks, orders to China with strategic planning, organizing regular operation reports and data control.
- Keep vehicle inventory and quality at reasonable range to fulfill the orders of Argentina.
- Maintain logistics damage to lower level through various means or with the help of third-party agencies, and promptly make relevant claims.
- Coordinating support for PDl, logistics damage or product defect repair, and technical upgrades of vehicles.




- Identify potential risks, take measures in advance to avoid accidents, additional expenses, or delays.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, IT, Aftersales departments to promote BYD's products and services and enhance the brand's influence in Argentina.
- Manage business relationships with compound and logistics partners, ensure the work to be done in compliance with BYD standards, so to provide customers with first-class products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction and continuously exceed customer expectations.
- Promote BYD's vehicle quality control process, implement training and supervision of quality control documents, especially for stock vehicles.
