A integral engineering technology company with 30+ years of proven success across 80+ countries is expanding into Argentina and is looking for an experienced Country Manager / Business Development Manager to lead business growth and market development.
The company specializes in innovative soil stabilization and reinforcement technologies that enable faster, more sustainable, and cost-effective infrastructure projects worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead business development and sales activities across Argentina, focusing on road, railway, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
- Build strategic relationships with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, government authorities, and infrastructure owners.
- Drive market penetration across roads, railways, airports, ports, mining, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification through commercial negotiations and project execution.




- Serve as the key commercial liaison between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong field presence through regular customer visits and site meetings across Argentina.

What You Bring
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, road construction, railway, or other large civil engineering projects – Must.
- Proven success in business development and sales within the construction or infrastructure industry – Must.
- Strong network with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and government authorities in Argentina – Must.
- Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Highly independent, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%) and work hands-on in the field – Must.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is required.
