Role Purpose
The person plays a critical role in safeguarding our financial stability. You will be responsible for the timely processing, reconciliation, and analysis of customer accounts to maintain healthy cash flow and mitigate risk. This role serves as a vital bridge between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Global HQ, ensuring operational efficiency in collections, credit approvals, and treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
AR Booking & Clearing Process




- Manage the timely posting and clearing of customer payments in SAP ERP, ensuring accounts are accurately reconciled against bank statements.
- Identify and register deductions using specific document types for clear tracking.
- Maintain the integrity of bank movements to ensure seamless monthly bank reconciliations.
- Conduct weekly reviews of all open AR items, investigating overdue or abnormal balances with detailed documentation.
- Perform SAP-SII-DTE cross-checking to validate and resolve rejected invoices.
- Generate and distribute detailed aging reports (Excel) by category and frequency.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and customers to initiate collections and report overdue status to HQ periodically.
- Support the review and approval of new Sales Orders (SO), validating customer credit line status and risk levels.
- Manage credit line limits, coordinating with Finance to elevate and resolve cases where limits are exceeded.
