Senior-level SAP FICO Consultant responsible for leading functional design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The role drives end-to-end finance transformations, ensures compliance with Colombian statutory requirements, mentors junior consultants, and acts as the primary finance subject-matter-expert for projects and production support across regional and integral initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops with finance, controlling and tax stakeholders to define solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design and configure FI and CO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
- Architect and validate end-to-end integration scenarios between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP, and other modules or third-party systems.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements,



interfaces and reports; coordinate with ABAP and technical teams during build and transport cycles.
- Lead data migration strategy and execution for master and transactional data (mapping, cleansing, LSMW/BDC/DTM/IDoc or modern ETL approaches).
- Drive testing activities: unit, integration, regression and UAT; prepare test plans and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Oversee go live planning and hypercare support; resolve complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure finance process design meets Colombian statutory, tax and reporting requirements including VAT, withholding tax, e invoicing considerations and DIAN compliance where applicable.
- Provide governance for change control, release management and documentation of configuration, process flows and policies.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level FICO consultants; review deliverables and facilitate knowledge transfer.
