Zicasso is seeking a Traveler Care Specialist for an international, fully remote freelance contractor role. You will handle traveler inquiries via email, messaging, phone, and live chat, building trusted relationships and guiding clients through Zicasso’s matching service.
This role requires travel passion, 8+ years in luxury travel, English fluency, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Initial training will run Mon-Fri for 3–4 weeks.
