In this role, you will handle strategic visual communications across our four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level.

You will be responsible for transforming business objectives and customer insights into compelling, effective, and impactful creative work.

The position requires the customer-focused development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, video, websites, and social media assets.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, as well as our designers and writers, to craft the visual and verbal expression of our brand.

- Turn complex marketing challenges into highly-relevant, on-brand, and revenue-generating visual experiences across campaigns.
- Leverage AI within the creative workflow to drive both efficiency and innovation.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively convey your creative concepts to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across the organization and team to deliver cohesive creative solutions, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback.
- Understand our general financial markets, target audiences, and company to deliver solutions that fulfill business objectives.
