The engineer in this role takes part in the activities for Infobip’s customers product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, improvement of their current implementations, solution design and delivery.In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.You know you are doing a good job when you:Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.Understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.Integrate Infobip Products into our clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services).Can identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.Can build a solid relationsh
