Junior Operations Support Specialist
The Junior Operations Support Specialist acts as a point of contact for all operational queries and is part of the "back-office" team handling administrative tasks, providing support on various requests within Operation & Transformation, Sponsoring & Memberships, and Strategic projects in Spanish and in English.
The role is to support the Spanish Brand, Marketing & Communications, leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include vendor management and budget administration in close collaboration with Procurement, Risk management, and the Independence team.
Your key responsibilities
- Working with the BMC team and Procurement to develop a supplier strategy that delivers the best suppliers, processes, and efficiencies for BMC, adhering to EY policies and strategic direction.
- Maintain and manage third parties with our General Business Relationships and Independence tool (BRIDGE)
- Independent management of the back office




- Preparation of reports, evaluations, and statistics
- Keeping lists and overviews
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Administrative work

Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in Spanish language (written and oral)
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level
- You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases
- You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
- You are a good team player and are able to organize teamwork
- You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
