Required Skills




- 3-5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment
- Strong technical expertise in network troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, xWDM technologies
- CCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP-focused roles) or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident handling, and fault management
- Experience working with Linux/Windows environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers
- Experience in documenting incidents and maintaining clear technical reporting

Nice-to-haves skills
- Experience with scripting (Python or Bash)
- Telecom industry background (TELCO)
- Experience configuring or improving NOC monitoring tools
- Experience working in an international environment
