We are seeking an experienced, technically-minded Project Manager based in Buenos Aires to lead complex technology initiatives across our Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, and Engineering teams. While not directly implementing technical solutions, the idóneo candidate possesses the deep technical acumen required to understand engineering challenges, facilitate critical decision-making, and drive successful project outcomes.

This is you

5+ years of experience managing technology projects, particularly those related to infrastructure, Open Shift, cluster migrations, or cloud migration initiatives and services
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to work within hybrid or predictive project delivery frameworks when required

Technical mindset with the ability to understand engineering concepts, software development workflows, infrastructure, and operations

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills,



with experience engaging operational teams, management, and senior leadership

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and resolve conflicts effectively

Experience managing external vendors and third-party technology partners Nice-to-have: ill Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, including Kubernetes, Open Shift, AWS, or Azur

Familiarity with orchestration tools, workflow automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practice

Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve project management efficiency and team productivity
