We are looking for a well‑organized and active person to join our team in the position of Team Manager, ensuring operational excellence, management, and development of the Game Presenters' team.

Key responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters, building strong team spirit
- Develop and organize training sessions according to current needs
- Onboard newcomers, ensuring a flawless employee experience from the start
- Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad‑hoc situations
- Continuously manage the team to deliver required results
- Respond to various requests from team members in a timely manner
- Establish and foster cross‑departmental cooperation
- Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
- Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)
- Manage projects set by direct managers, proposing initiatives that benefit the department




- Proactively propose initiatives and solutions to improve workflows

Qualifications
- Team management experience is considered an advantage but not mandatory; strong potential to lead, develop, motivate, and engage team members
- Good knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and good problem‑solving skills
- Proactive and results‑driven approach, logical thinking, and decisiveness in decision making
- Availability to work 100% on‑site in Moreno
- Availability to work rotating shifts: Morning (6 AM – 2 PM), Afternoon (2 PM – 10 PM), and Night (10 PM – 6 AM)
