About the Role

Our client is looking for an Automation Specialist to take ownership of the automation infrastructure that powers key business operations. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing workflows across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience who is ready to own production-grade systems, solve complex problems independently, and continuously improve business processes. You'll work closely with leadership and collaborate across multiple teams to build reliable,



scalable automations.
Key Responsibilities

You will own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, including building new workflows, maintaining existing ones, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining lead automation workflows, including lead intake, scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM synchronization across multiple platforms.
- Managing CRM automation, including lead lifecycle, object relationships, field mapping, conversion logic, and activity tracking.
- Creating automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics.
- Supporting internal operational workflows such as candidate screening, meeting intelligence, calendar synchronization, and secure credential management.
- Writing, maintaining, and debugging Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
