Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance activities for the San Juan plant and ensuring equipment, machines, and critical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role drives preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs,



supports Lean/OPEX initiatives, and helps build a high-performing maintenance team aligned with TPM and TPS principles. The position works closely with plant leadership, operations, and external suppliers to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Establish and support autonomous maintenance programs.
- Lead maintenance activities that support Lean/OPEX goals and improve plant performance.
- Conduct technical analysis to ensure maintenance plans are appropriate for optimal machine performance.
- Manage supplier and service provider contracts with a focus on cost and quality optimization.
- Track execution of preventive maintenance plans and ensure follow-through by the maintenance team.
