So Shall We is seeking a CRO Specialist to support its conversion optimization strategy across client accounts. You will work with senior CRO, Design, and Performance teams to implement testing programs, craft hypotheses, and analyze results, driving higher conversion rates and revenue per visitor.
You’ll learn to design experiments, manage end-to-end testing workflows, and contribute to data-driven decision making while growing into greater ownership of client optimization programs.
