CookUnity is seeking an Operations and Merchant Support Associate to own merchant cycles, support restaurants, and help scale OffMenu’s operations in LatAm from a remote base. You will partner with product and CX teams to resolve issues, improve playbooks, and turn recurring problems into better tools and processes.
