This is a hands-on role managing all compensation programs and processes and will work closely with departmental and cross-functional business partners to ensure enterprise-wide alignment with compensation philosophies, all aspects of pay, and incentive plans.Scope:* Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.* Reviews objectives of other managers to determine operational success.* Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.Your Roles and Responsibilities:* Plan, develop, implement,
