As a Senior Production Support Data Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical data platforms and production environments. This is a long-term L2/L3 support role requiring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and prevent data-related incidents in cloud-based environments. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of data systems running on AWS.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Production Support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Experience supporting and operating AWS-based data platforms and services.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Aurora, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience investigating and resolving production issues within data ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Python for scripting, automation, and operational support activities.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution independently.




- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
