Account Executive at Handoff
You will play a key role in growing Handoff by building strong client relationships and driving adoption of our platform. Collaborate with product and marketing to shape our client strategy and make a real impact. You will be responsible for communicating the value proposition of the product and addressing any objections or concerns raised by users.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, its features, and its core value proposition
- Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers
- Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation)
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period
- Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation
- Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users
- Utilize objection handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confide
