What you will be doing:
- Execute comprehensive financial analysis to guide high-level strategic business decisions
- Develop and deliver highly detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and revenue forecasts
- Scrutinize banking and financial data to uncover market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities
- Lead and support critical budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership,
translating raw financial data into clear, actionable business strategies
- Guarantee total accuracy, regulatory compliance, and completeness across all internal financial reporting
- Deliver compelling presentations of financial findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams to align financial goals
What you need to succeed:
- Must have 7+ years of proven professional experience as a Financial Analyst or in a high-level finance role
- Must have direct experience working within the banking sector (non-negotiable)
- Must possess advanced, expert-level proficiency in Excel and building complex financial models
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to confidently present to US-based stakeholders
