Position Summary
A growing food and distribution company is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives and support its digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will manage full-cycle ERP implementations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects from planning through post-go-live optimization.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from planning and discovery through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and IT.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate business process reviews, requirements gathering, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee ERP configuration, data migration, system integration, testing, and issue resolution activities.




- Develop and implement change management, user training, and adoption strategies.
- Prepare project status updates and executive-level presentations for leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through system enhancements.
- Support ongoing ERP optimization, future upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of ERP implementation, enterprise systems, or digital transformation project experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations and large-scale business system deployments.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and related business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
