We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across Latin America by expanding Filtrona's market presence, strengthening customer partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will focus on both developing strategic accounts and unlocking high-potential markets where Filtrona has limited or no existing footprint.

What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, customer needs, channel structures, competitive activity, and decision‑making networks across Latin America.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, prospects, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive new business acquisition while maximizing opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify and execute market‑entry strategies for priority countries, accounts, and underserved markets.
- Provide regular market intelligence on customer developments, competitive positioning, pricing trends, growth opportunities, and market‑access challenges.

Business Development & Market Expansion




- Champion Filtrona's value proposition and increase market penetration across priority Latin American markets.
- Generate new sales opportunities and develop a robust pipeline to support long‑term revenue and profitability growth.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder network, including manufacturers, converters, distributors, agents, and key industry contacts.
- Conduct market segmentation, customer targeting, and strategic account planning.
- Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies, including customer engagement, channel development, and demand generation initiatives.
- Represent Filtrona in customer meetings, industry events, and regional sales forums.
