Role Overview




This role is part of the company’s Argentina-based resourcing function.

This role would be mainly doing outreach to potential clients. The market is already mapped, the target account universe is relatively small, and the main bottleneck is execution consistency rather than strategy. The operator’s job is to make sure the company stays in front of the right service leaders every week.

The operator is not there to invent a separate sales process. They are there to run the manager’s outbound machine: maintain target accounts, prepare and send LinkedIn and email campaigns, follow up intelligently, spot triggers, and escalate warm opportunities at the right moment.

Because the company sells into niche, service-heavy technical markets, the operator must understand instrument categories, buyer psychology, hiring pain points, geography constraints, and how different service organizations behave. Good outbound in these markets is rele
