Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Buenos Aires. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads, following up on inbound and outbound prospects, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, delivering product or service presentations, negotiating terms,



and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves tracking sales activities in CRM tools, preparing reports, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve lead conversion rates. A focus on customer satisfaction, clear communication, and proactive follow-up is essential.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital marketing or online services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize conversion rates.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
