Description

This AI-powered cloud contact center delivers a rapid pace of innovation that enables companies to unlock bar raising experiences for customers and agents at lower cost.
This role covers the SOLA territory: Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue in a defined territory by partnering with multiple account teams and partners to meet or exceed targets, navigating sales cycles and accelerating implementations to originate and close Amazon Connect opportunities.
- Build deep customer relationships to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs, and articulate compelling value propositions that address their specific challenges.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans supporting multiple account teams to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.
- Build, manage,



and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue while driving business development initiatives in partnership with Go To Market Strategy and Partner Development resources to expand market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to AWS senior management teams.
