Role Description
The Business Partner On-boarding Support role is a remote, contract position focused on coordinating and executing the On-boarding process for new business partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and validating partner information, supporting documentation and compliance requirements,
and ensuring all systems and workflows are properly set up for new partnerships.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to clarify On-boarding requirements, resolve issues, and track progress against agreed timelines and KPIs.
The position also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing status updates, and suggesting improvements to On-boarding procedures to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in business partner On-boarding, account setup with the ability to manage multiple On-boarding projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and process tracking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a remote environment.
