We are building our retail presence from the ground up in Argentina and seeking a hands‑on Retail Manager to lead our brick‑and‑mortar expansion — from store openings and channel partnerships to in‑store brand experience and retail operations.

Role Overview

As the Retail Manager, Argentina, you will be responsible for building Anker's offline retail footprint in the Argentine market. This is a 0-to‑1 role: you will lead store openings, negotiate entry into major retail chains, set operational standards for branded spaces and shop‑in‑shops, and manage a growing team of in‑store brand ambassadors (BAs).





You will work closely with the Country Sales Manager and the LATAM marketing team to bring the Anker brand to life in Argentine retail — delivering a premium consumer experience that stands out in a market dominated by Samsung, JBL, and Xiaomi.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion & Store Openings
- Lead end-to‑end new store openings in Argentina: site selection, lease negotiation, store design & fit‑out coordination, staffing, and grand opening execution
- Evaluate and prioritize high‑potential retail locations (shopping malls, high‑street, electronics retail clusters) across Buenos Aires and key secondary cities (Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza)
- Build business cases for each location — footfall analysis, rent‑to‑revenue modeling, competitor proximity mapping, and payback period estimation
- Manage relationships with commercial real estate agents, mall operators, and landlords
- Coordinate with China HQ on retail‑related requirements such as store openings.
