THE ROLE
DEPT® is seeking a highly analytical,



hands‑on Principal Data Analyst (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) to join our Web Analytics practice in North America. Mapped back to our platform‑agnostic Data and Martech Crafts, this is an analyst‑first seat for someone who knows CJA inside and out, from standing up connections and data views to designing calculated metrics and segments, to building the Analysis Workspace projects that decision‑makers actually use. What sets this role apart is judgment. You will not just operate the tool, you will decide which KPIs belong on a view, which visualization best represents a given trend, and how to structure a project so the insight is obvious. You will connect data from virtually any source into CJA, model it into clean data views, and build the reporting layer on top that turns “we have the data” into “here is what we should do”.
