About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering), you will work cross‑functionally with Data Tech Leads, Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables and drive projects to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Data Engineering Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Project Managers to scope, plan, and deliver data and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads to embed partner needs into the technical roadmap and delivery priorities.
- Meet with partners to discuss data‑related projects, gather requirements, and present progress or deliverables.
- Work with Business Development, Project Management, and Growth teams to align requirements and timelines for data‑driven initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to partners showcasing Fever’s data products and capabilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of Fever’s data model, business processes, dashboards, data products, APIs,



and how they connect business needs with technical capabilities.
- Translate business questions into precise technical specifications for engineers and data teams.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Identify and propose technologies or process improvements that address current challenges and shape the future of the data ecosystem.
- Contribute actively to the execution of the Data Engineering vision, driving high‑quality delivery across projects.

About You
- Excellent command of English; Spanish is the primary working language with local teams.
- Solid experience managing data or analytics projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems; able to discuss architecture and trade‑offs with engineers.
